Great! You are interested in adventuring in Holotropic States of Consciousness.
For 1000’s of years Humankind has entered into Holotropic States of Consciousness (HSC) in different ways, in different cultures around the globe. Why? For the purpose of learning, healing and creating for the benefit of individuals and for the benefit of the tribe.
Many people report, including ourselves, that journeying in HSC has been instrumental in helping them to connect with who and what they truly are and with what their lives are about. It is incredibly empowering as it all comes from within.
You can read more about Holotropic States of Consciousness here.
In this in person session you can experience “dipping your toe into the Holotropic realm”. We will start with an introduction get to know each other followed by a pre journey prep. The breathwork session itself will be about 55 min with time to journal and a sharing circle afterwards. To round off we will share the similarities and the differences of this session compared with Holotropic Breathwork™ which can give you the possibility of a full immersion into the Holotropic realm.
Holotropic Breathwork™ was developed by Czech-born psychiatrist Dr. Stanislav Grof & his wife Christina as a substance-free successor to his LSD based research and Psychedelic therapy.
Stan says, “I believe it is essential for our planetary future to develop tools that can change the consciousness which has created the crisis which we are in”.
The session is being offered on a donation basis paid on the day with all proceeds going to Pause & Breathe.
Spaces are limited and you can book your place using the button below.
